Safety deposits are available at no charge located in your Suites and Villa. Please do not leave any important belonging unattended, like camera, jewelries, important documents, cash cellphones, laptops, ipod, etc anywhere outside your room or within the resort premise. The management is not liable for any losses or damage, if this occurs please report right away at the office for appropriate action and investigation.

The management reserves the right to call the proper authorities for any necessary action that must if the guests fails to pay their bills upon notice thereof, or for any offenses that may be made on the part of the guests that may be prejudicial to the Resort or to other guests.

If the guests fail to settle their bills, the management will have the right to hold the guests and his belongings until such time they settle their accounts.

For safekeeping of the guests room key, please deposit it at the Front Desk and recheck if the door is properly locked when temporarily leaving your Suites or Villa. Loss key will be charge PHP 1,000.00 for the room and PHP 2,000.00 for the Safety Deposit Box key non refundable.

As part of our approach to conserve energy, we turn off your lights and airconditioning, when you are out of your Suites or Villa. We highly appreciate if you switch off all lights and Aircon.

For a peaceful atmosphere we suggest all possible silence along the Villa, living area, Suites at all times.

To assure protection and privacy we request to lock your door at all times.

Any damage Resort property either by guests or their friends will be automatically charged to the registered guests.

Visitors in your room will be only be allowed until 10:00 Pm. Beyond this visitors must be duly registered and charge extra person.

Order slips, and registration form must be sign by the guests.

Guests must inform the Front Desk Officer if they have a visitor before admitted them inside their room for their own safety and protection.

Extensions charges will be granted depending of the room availability but three (3) hours advance notice. Each hour extension cost PHP 300.00 (8 USD) per hour.

Please inform the Resort or Front Desk at least three (3) hours before checking out for billing preparation, room check and Minibar consumptions. Any losses damage of property must be charge accordingly.

Room accommodation charge after the deposits/ pre-payment must be paid 2 days after arrival. Full payment is required.

Walk in guests are required to pay full upon arrival.

The Resort is not accepting credit card payments. All payments are required cash basis only, preferred currency is Peso. For Euros and Dollars give us time to check the actual rates.

For long staying guests, accommodation charges after deposit must be made as follows;

a.       One week stay – Payment 2 days after arrival

b.      Two weeks or more – Half or 50% upon check in, full payment after 5 days.

c.       In case shorten their stay, guests already fully paid, deposit will be refunded, however the remaining unused days must be paid.

Please be reminded that only welcome drink are considered as complimentary, all items consumed in the Minibar including wines will be charged and added into their main account.

Firearms must be deposited into the office for safekeeping, any guest that is find out in possession of illegal items and contraband will discontinue their stay.

Fire extinguishers are stationed inside your Suite or Villa in case of fire or emergency.

Room checking, cleaning and other room service will be made as requested, any vandalism, losses or damages to property incurred during guest stay in your Suite or Villa will be charge accordingly.

Extra Charges your rooms are equipped with necessary bed and linens, bathroom amenities will be provided upon request only during your first night, succeeding bathroom consumption will be added to your main account. Bath towels, hand towels, bed and blankets, sheets, pillow and pillow cases, slippers and beach towel will be charge PHP 50.00 each.

Pets are allowed only if the management permitted.

Kitchen opens at breakfast 8:00 am to 10:00 am, lunch 11:00 am to 3:00 Pm. Dinner at 6:00 Pm to 8:00 Pm.

Rose Bar opens until 10:00 Pm, try her refreshing cocktails and drinks.

a.       Sunset Cruise

b.      Island Hopping or Snorkeling Activities

c.       Bottom sea Fishing activity

d.      Explore Bantayan Island via Boat/Motorbike

e.       Dinner for two in a romantic boat cruise

f.       Full Moon Party

g.      Special Boat Trip available upon request

h.      Motorbike rental or mountain bike rental

The resorts reserves the right to alter provision in this Guests

House Rules in case to case basis without any prior notice.
