Guidelines for Guaranteed Confirmed Bookings

Bantayan Island is a small yet becoming popular island and accommodation can be very limited during peak season. Bamboo Oriental Villas and Suites have also limited Rooms .Therefore a stricter cancellation policy is implemented at these times. Please read the Cancellation Policy carefully before booking.

The customer is responsible for payment of their booking, balance after deposits made, directly with The Coral Blue Oriental Beach Villas & Suites, upon arrival.

 

Any changes to a reservation must be done through The Coral Blue Oriental Bech Villas & Suites direct bookings and/or to the Agency where the Guests booked copy furnished to Coral Blue Oriental, which will try and accommodate all changes to the reservation, subject to Hotel availability , provided the reservation changes are made as far in advance as possible. Changes should be made through bamboooriental_0710@yahoo.com or to the Travel Agency where the Guests booked if booked through an Agency, a copy should be furnished to Coral Blue Oriental.

CANCELLATION and CHANGE OF RESERVATION POLICY 

 

Direct Bookings: 

 

  • A 50% deposit of the total accommodation charges and Transfers

(If there is any) will required as a confirmation for a Booking Reservation. This deposit will be transferred to our Bank Link here in, Bantayan and etails will be given if the deposit will now be transferred.

 

  • If a Guest cancels a confirmed reservation any date before 15 days, 20% of his Confirmation Deposit of 50% will be forfeited.

 

  • If a Reservation is cancelled 15 days minimum notice on Lean Season and 30 days minimum on Peak Season, prior to the check in date, or No Show The whole 50% prepayment or deposit will be forfeited.

 

     *   Amendments or Changes to a booking will be handled by the

          Resort in a case to case basis, depending on room availability.

 

  • No refund will be given to shortening of stay, reduction of  number of rooms and change of room type (example from Villa to a Suite)

 

 

 Bookings thru a Travel Agency:

 

  • If the Guests cancels his/her reservation, any date before 15 days it must be advised right away to The Coral Blue Oriental Beach Villas & Suites on the date the Guests informed the Agency and 20% of the 50% required confirmation deposit will

     be forfeited

 

  • If a Reservation is cancelled 14 days minimum notice on lean and 30 days minimum notice on Peak season, prior to the

Check in date, an additional one night stay will be charged aside, to be paid in full to the Resort.

 

  • If a reservations is cancelled 7 days minimum notice, prior to the

     check in date or Guests will not show up, the entire booking

     amount will be charged to the Agency

 

    *   Amendments or Changes to a booking will be handled by the

          Resort in a case to case basis, depending on room availability.

          Must be submitted right away to the Resort

 

  • No refund will be given to shortening of stay, reduction of  number of rooms and change of room type (example from Villa to a Suite)

      CANCELLATION and CHANGE of a Confirmed TRANSFER

      (Transportation) RESERVATION POLICY

  • If the transfer is cancelled fewer than 72 hours preceding the

     arrival, pick up date and time a 15% fine of the Trans In

     Transfers will be charged

 

*  If the transfer is cancelled fewer than 24 hours preceding the

    arrival, pick up date and time or Guests does not show up after

    confirmation a 100% fine of the Trans In Transfers will be

    charged.

  • Date changes made more than72 hours, preceding the arrival date and time, can be made without any penalty.
  • No refund will be given for a departure cancellation; however, date changes will be accepted.

 

  • Other amendments to a booking will be handles in a case to case basis and will be depending on the transfer’s availability.
